Pineapple smoothie
A pacific breeze between your fingers
Rays of light calling to see your face
And tender frothiness enfolding your body
INGREDIENTS:
1 serving
- 1/4 pineapple cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tea spoon grated fresh ginger
- a pinch of salt
- 1 dried Medjool date
- 1 dash paprika
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put all the ingredients in your blender, except the date and the paprika, and mix it up.
Pour into a grand glass, hang the date on the rim of the glass, and throw the paprika dash onto the surface of your shiny mood drink.
