Ginger ale mocktail
Tangy & spicy as I like
Inspired by the Fairmont hotel, in Banff
INGREDIENTS:
for 1 serving
- 1x 250ml ginger beer bottle
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/8 cup passion fruit syrup
- 1/2" fresh ginger, grated
(optional, depending of your taste for this spicy drink,
but also depending of the spiciness of your ginger beer)
- ice cubes to your taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour the syrup first in your favorite glass
Add the grated ginger in and let it infuse the syrup for a few minutes
Add the juices, then the ginger ale, and ice cubes if you wanted them
If this drink is too spicy or intense for you,
you can also combine it with some sparkling water or tonic
