Chirashi
I love the simplicity and the complexity of the 1-bowl meals.
The roundness, the curved spoon that cuddle it through circular motions.
Explosion and unity.
INGREDIENTS:
1 serving
- 1 portion of cooked brown rice
- 1/4 daikon, diced
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 pale tuna flakes can
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 table spoon tamari or soy sauce
- 1 table spoon umeboshi
- 2 table spoon mayonnaise
- 2 table spoon shredded nori
- 1 tea spoon sesame seeds (black or white, the first are good for your hair)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the daikon and the avocado with the lemon juice, the tamari and the umeboshi
Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise
Pour the warm rice in a bowl of your choice
Top it with both mixtures, the nori straws and the sesame seeds
